Seller's Notes:REDUCED AGAIN FOR THIS NEW YEARS HOLIDAY SALE. Sale by Original Owner. We bought this high back leather cushioned desk chair back in 1999. It was made in USA by The Gunlocke Co. (NY) and is now a vintage piece, fully functional and in good condition. See multiple views in photos and original Gunlocke mfr. label. The chair is constructed with a polished cherry wood 5 arm base, with antique bronze color casters, as described in the original manufacturer's label in the photo. The back and seat are dark green leather with front polished cherry wood arms matching the cherry base. The seat has a modern pneumatic lever height adjustment, full swivel and tilt back. Photo with tape measure shows the total chair width at 24 inches. Small 3/4 inch leather scratch front right seat is shown. This is a unique rare vintage USA-made, highly styled desk chair with solid construction and in good condition. Compare to the famous "JFK mid century Oval Office" desk chair in the last photo, but this one is more modern, with pneumatic assist height lever and 5 arm base. Valued at $700 + if you could find one in an antique or vintage store.
