Seller's Notes:This armchair has been in my family for years and treated well. The front left leg's upholstery is ripped and will need to be repaired, but other than that, it is in great condition. No other fabric tears, and the structure of the furniture is very sturdy and intact. The chair is perfect for reading, lounging and napping! We love it, but don't have room to keep it. This chair has been in our home with two cats, but we have kept it well-wrapped in thick quilts to keep it safe from them while deciding whether to keep it. Before that, it was in a smoke-free, pet-free home for many years.
