Seller's Notes:Purchased for possible additional sleeping space in the small house. Over the past 30 years it was only slept in two nights. The sitting area was rarely used as we have a second family room. It is in great condition. I am currently consolidating my living space in preparation for a move this summer. This piece of furniture is no longer needed. All my furniture is Flexsteel and lasts forever even with constant use. This sofa was rarely used so life expectancy should be long.
