Seller's Notes:I have owned the chairs for 22 years where they were used in a dining room. They are mahogany and in good condition, showing some wear and tear, but still present very well. The seat cushions were recovered five years ago. All of the chairs give a "creaking" sound when you move them back and forth. They are not wobbly to sit on. Two chairs have arms and are in very good condition and there are also five regular (no arms) chairs.
