As a beloved pre-owned vintage piece, there are some light cosmetic signs of wear appropriate to its age and light use to note: • Desk Surface: The writing surface features some superficial surface scratches and minor pencil/stray marks from normal use (see closeup photo). Because of the factory-distressed cream wash, these blend naturally with the cottage aesthetic but are present. • Hutch Backing: The vertical beadboard backing has a few faint, minor scuffs/pencil lines within the grooves near the base of the shelving unit (see closeup photo).
