Seller's Notes:I bought this elegant antique sofa in England and shipped it to Burlingame. One of the wonderful things about this type of sofa is, though it is not obvious, is that the arms can fold down. That means, if you wish, you can convert the sofa into the perfect reading couch by leaving one end of up, placing a pillow there, and folding the other end down. I had bought the sofa shortly after it had been professionally re-upholstered. It is in perfect condition and was rarely used in the ten years I owned it, as I had another sofa in front of the fireplace which I used almost exclusively. This cost well over 2.5k to buy and ship here. I have now moved overseas and the sofa is stored in Foster City where it is available for pickup.
