This truly exceptional Art Deco oak and zebra wood desk, now 100 years old, was designed by French Art Deco master Andre Sornay in 1925. It features a large central drawer and 2 deep side drawers, including a working key. The list price was $7000 in 1997, when purchased from the now defunct Wooster Gallery in NYC. The desk has some damaged areas. Most significantly, inside space for a chair. It is a perfect showpiece for home or office.
