Seller's Notes:Purchased in the 1990s from Goodman Charlton in New York City this unique blue velvet sofa was barely used. It spent most of its time wrapped in a climate controlled storage unit. As seen in the designers’ pamphlet or catalog; this is the siren model sofa in blue velvet. In the style of Bretz Gaudi, it has a modern avant-garde silhouette with very high arms and a high wavy back. The seating length is about 65 inches whereas the entire length given that it fans outward is about 87 inches. Original bolster pillows are included, and I had added to large blue velvet pillows to support one's back. It is very comfortable and has no sagging, only has very minor stains or scratches on its gold painted legs.
