Seller's Notes:Purchased new from Design Within Reach approximately one year ago. This is the Como One-Arm Sofa, 84” length, left-arm configuration, upholstered in Raise leather in grey. Premium full-grain leather, beautifully constructed, and in overall excellent condition. The sofa has been well cared for in a smoke-free home and has been recently conditioned with high-quality leather conditioner. There are minor, cosmetic cat scratches on the side/arm area and one light scratch on the top of a seat cushion. These are surface-level only, not tears, and are only noticeable upon close inspection. They do not affect the structure, comfort, or longevity of the piece. Original retail price was over $10,000. Original receipt available. Selling due to a layout change.
