Seller's Notes:This is beautiful wood table and 12 chair set with metal hardware, leather bottoms for the chairs and completely restored and never used once restored. Item was recently purchased used from a home in Thousand Oaks and I completely refinished it. Sanded all the table and chairs , stained an American Walnut finish and applied several coats of commercial high grade polyurethane coat. I did this for a house I was in escrow to purchase but the deal fell out of escrow due to finance so now I must sell it along with other furniture I bought.
