Seller's Notes:This table was custom fabricated in Westchester, NY -- a one-of-a-kind piece. It features a polished oval granite top with dramatic natural veining and two matching solid granite pedestal bases. Designed as a permanent statement piece. It comfortably seats 8–10 people; has sat up to 12. Excellent condition (see photos) 12 dining chairs included; 2 of the first individually photographed chair (with arms), 6 of the second, and 2 of the third. Dimensions: - Oval top: 102”x 55”, 1” thick - Two granite semicircular bases: each 29” H x 29” deep x 24” wide If not using AptDeco moving services: If you are insured and can pick up from the apartment, it can be picked up any day the first week in August. If not, our movers will be there Friday 8/7 and can bring it downstairs; the piece can then be picked up outside of the building on that date. Will require professional moving services either way considering it's size and weight.
