Seller's Notes:Amazing apartment-sized couch that’s ideal for small-space/NYC living without sacrificing comfort or style. Selling because I moved into an apartment that can fit a larger sectional, and I’d love for this sofa to find a new home. The Petrie sofa is slightly larger than a loveseat but smaller than a full couch. It comfortably seats 2 but can manage 3... if you don't mind getting comfortable with friends. It's sleek looking in a "midcentury" design, which in practice means it has slim arms, clean lines, and elevated legs that makes smaller spaces feel less crowded and also easy to clean underneath. The couch has a firmer feel but is surprisingly comfortable for everyday lounging, reading, or movies. It’s compact without feeling cramped and works especially well in apartments, studios, or smaller living rooms. Condition is good overall with normal wear and tear consistent with regular use. There are a few minor blemishes on the right arm and some light fading in parts of the fabric, all cosmetic and reflected in the price. Structurally the sofa is solid and still looks beautiful in a space. Pet free and smoke-free home.
