Seller's Notes:The table was covered the entire time we've owned it so the actual table top is in perfect condition. Table has panel in the middle allowing it to be used as the expanded version or can become smaller to save space. Dimensions listed are with it fully opened. Chairs (x5) are included, but did not factor into price as those show significant wear including stained cushions and wear on the wood. With some TLC, those can probably be shaped up! This table has served us well for a long time, unfortunately just needed a shorter option for our new space.
