Seller's Notes:purchased when i had a condo and dinner parties! i am downsizing and also using the dining area as a video area for my business. I stored the leaf on its side and did not notice a sink leak - so there is a few inch area of damage on the edge of the leaf - which i covered with a table runner when i used it the round surface has two small, slightly raised areas - less than 1" which aren't that noticable. 3 of the chairs have scuff marks and some scratches on the top area - which i believe can be buffed out. It is a stable, pretty table with black fabric chairs that are comfortable and attractive.
