Seller's Notes:I got this about 8 years ago, and have rarely used it for anything other than displaying a vase of flowers. I've eaten at it a few times over the years and have put out food for buffet style small gatherings--but always with placemats underneath. The base is in perfect condition and the glass top has some very small light scratches in a couple of places, which are very hard to see. So hard to see that I wasn't able to capture them on camera. I love this table but can't take it with me when I move!
