Seller's Notes:Please buy my comfortable and attractive low profile Burrow Range sectional sofa and lounger chair! I've had it for about five years, and am regretfully letting it go due to a renovation. The fabric is woven light grey and the legs are walnut. I've fallen asleep on this Range sofa with the TV on many, many times. Overnight guests have also complemented it for comfort. A Burrow Sleep Kit (sheets, pad and pillow; eye mask missing), is included in the purchase. Dimensions: • Sofa in L configuration: 91.5" wide (section against the wall) x 90" wide (chaise section) x 31" deep x 28" high. • Please see illustration above, from Burrow's website. • Height from floor to seat bottom: 7.25" (makes for great extra storage) • Seat height: 16" • Lounge chair: Approx 33 x 33" deep/wide x 28" high The modules are extremely flexible: my arrangements have included sofa + loveseat + ottoman; L-shaped sectional + accent chair. You could also arrange them as one three-seat sofa, and one three-seat, one-armed chaise. Transportation and move-in are extremely easy, because the pieces can be completely taken apart (cushions detached and legs unscrewed from seats, seats detached from backs). It's in good condition: structurally sound, no rips, no holes, just regular wear and tear in the form of stains. In my experience, a few drops of dish soap mixed into a quart of water is a pretty good cleaning solution.
