Seller's Notes:This is the Charcoal color which is no longer sold by burrow. Matching ottoman included. The fabric holds up well with pets and it is rare to have any threads on the main seat cushions pulled. Though On the rear right arm there are a few scratches from our cat (pictured). There have never been any urine accidents on this couch. It's in good condition and doesn't smell. There is some minor to moderate wear to the fabric but still has some good life left. Great couch if you have pets (or also if you don't!). We are moving abroad so we are selling this.
