Seller's Notes:The Blu Dot Guide Sofa has been owned for a little over a year in a smoke and pet free home. It has a solid hardwood and wood frame with solid walnut legs. There are foam cushions with fiber padding to a medium soft sit. The cushions are removable and reversible. The fabric is called Sanford Oatmeal and is a 63% Polyester / 37% Acrylic blend upholstery with 50,000 Double Rubs tested. There is a small 1/2 inch tear on the right arm from movers. It is a very comfortable couch but is too large for our apartment!
