Seller's Notes:This beautiful black marble with white veins round bistro/cafe table and two matching chairs were given to me over 35+ years ago by my former employers as they were moving out of a large house in the suburbs of New Jersey to their Manhattan Sutton Place apartment. Years ago I purchased these two sets of seat/back cushions with ties from a lovely shop in SoHo (two cushions are blue/white and two are yellow/white) and the cushions are still in good shape too. It's the kind of table you might see in a French or Italian bistro, but a bit larger. It's definitely one of the nicest of it's kind I've ever seen. Table is sturdy (no wobbling or leaning). There are some minimal blemishes on the table top. Design and details on metal base are beautiful (wrought iron?) and look sort of silver tone. The chairs are a little rusted, so they probably could use some love, although those back and seat cushions (or any cushions you might use) really cover most of that. Chairs are also steady, they are very solid but not overly heavy in weight.
