Seller's Notes:Black lacquered coffee table with a modern, minimalist silhouette. Features two tiers: a clear glass top shelf and a lower wooden shelf, perfect for books, decor, or storage. Purchased from Lost City Arts on Lafayette Street in NYC for $1,600, with an additional $400 spent on professional relacquering in the late 90's. Please note: The lacquer is currently chipping in multiple areas, and the table shows signs of wear — it's not in perfect shape, which is reflected in the price. That said, it's still a beautiful piece with great bones and serious potential for restoration.
