Chimes #of each hour. Example- 6 pm has melody and 6 "bongs" 1 am -1 bong 9 chime melody. Brass case weights and pendulum Brass chimes and clock work mechanism Cherry wood cabinet. Classic scroll top Decorative key Full glass front. Must be tuned in order to chime. Moved - movers replaced the weights in wrong order. Must be set by a specialist. When you hear the deep rich tones...... you'll be glad you found this piece of European history This is why price is low.
