Seller's Notes:Hello all, I'm selling my grey L-shaped sectional. I believe the material is microsuede. The brand is Signature Design by Ashley. I purchased in June of 2021 brand new, so it makes this piece almost 5 years old. It's in pretty good condition but gently used. It has been exposed to my dog, although I don't allow him to sit or jump on it often. My dog is a tiny maltipoo by the way, so that gives you the idea of overall pet exposure. There is a water stain from a water bottle spill. It did sustain 3 small rips when I got it delivered (I never got it fixed). The sectional can be separated in 3 pieces. Can sit 4-6 people and can fit through the standard door size. Not too sure about the dimensions. I may have done them incorrectly lol but they are below: Dimensions: The long side of the L is 9ft 4in, the short side of the L is 6ft 3in. Overall, the piece is 29 inches high and 37 inches deep.
