Seller's Notes:We fell in love with this Ashley Furniture Marleton Sectional for its deep comfort and modern, clean lines. We purchased it brand new from Belfort Furniture in Dulles just this past November (2025), intending for it to be the centerpiece of our living room for years to come.
However, life has moved faster than expected! We are relocating out of the country, and as much as we’d love to take this cozy setup with us to Singapore, it’s just not practical. It has been meticulously cared for in a clean, smoke-free home for less than five months—it’s essentially still in its "honeymoon phase."
