Seller's Notes:This is an Ashley Furniture Accrington Sectional. Original owners, non-smoking. Did have dogs, but this was regularly cleaned and maintained. Had the cushions replaced at one point so all but one cushion are newer. There are no visible tears in any of the cushions. Slight tear in the bottom liner (not the grey fabric material, but just the black liner) of the chaise. Breaks into two larger pieces. All seat cushions have removable covers that can be washed. Looking to sell this ASAP!
