Seller's Notes:We are selling our comfortable, well-maintained gray chaise sectional sofa because we are getting a new couch. Ready for immediate pickup.
This sofa has been a great addition to our home for the past 3 years and has been professionally cleaned annually. It is in great overall condition. Please note the minor imperfections: there is some slight fading on parts of the fabric due to sun exposure, and one or two very small, barely noticeable stains.
