Seller's Notes:Owned for two years in a home with no smoking and no pets. We've enjoyed the sofa but are moving into a new space. It's very comfortable and fantastic for small spaces - comfortably seating two. There's some minor discoloration, and a bit of structural wear on the bottom of the sofa.
