Seller's Notes:Frame has been outside for 4 years and so the wood is weathered in a number of areas and the rope under the seat is dirty. The rope on the sides and back still display nicely and there are no sections of any broken rope. The most noticeable flaw is that a portion of wood on the left arm has bowed out (pictures provided). The wood frame remains sturdy with no loose joints. The sofa was never used due to the consistent leaves falling from the tree in my small outdoor patio even in the summer. All cushions and pillows have been stored indoors for all 4 years since the day I received it. They are spotless and in perfect condition. All cushions unzip and are machine washable.
