Seller's Notes:Beautiful details and finishing on this Art Deco Handmade Chair, circa 1920-30’s. This chair was been passed down through our family, cherished for it’s handmade qualities and detailed carvings. Unique wood spindle and ball design at the back of the chair, adds a classic Art Deco touch. Hand carved details at the top corners and front legs present distinctive Art Deco elements. This chair is in excellent condition. Mahogany wood is in original condition not restored, including all details. White upholstered seat and backing is a recent restoration and in very good condition. Art Deco is characterized by geometric shapes and stylized form, this chair is a perfect example. Base of 4 feet have brass details and functional brass rollers. This comfortable chair adds a perfect Art Deco vintage touch to any decor.
