Originally purchased as a custom order in April 2016 ($3300), this set features an intentional "mixed media" upholstery that balances modern luxury with classic comfort. The interior and seating surfaces are clad in Arhaus Libby Smoke leather—a premium, top-grain finish with a buttery feel and a sophisticated charcoal-grey hue. The leather is in excellent condition - including variations in grain, healed scars, and growth marks which were present at the time of original purchase (see photos). These are not defects but an inherent part of the leather (as noted in the original description of the leather). In a striking contrast, the exterior back of the chair is upholstered in 1B Dexter Graphite, a durable, high-end fabric with a visible tweed-like weave that adds a cozy, textural depth. Tailored details elevate the silhouette, including espresso-finished nailhead trim that defines the frame’s elegant curves. The set is supported by handcrafted solid wood legs, making it as sturdy as it is stylish. This chair and ottoman resided in a home office outside of any direct sunlight. The chair set functioned as a decorative piece and had extremely little use. It was sat in maybe a dozen times for less than 1 minute.
