Seller's Notes:I fell in love with this chair the moment I saw it online at Arhaus. It was expensive, but I had to have it so I visited the store in the NYC Meatpacking District. I learned when I arrived that the signature chair was no longer available. I was about to leave when the sales agent informed me that they would sell me one that they had left but explained that it had a flaw on the back which came from the animal. Obviously the cow had a blemish. I looked at it, and I didn’t care. In fact, mark made the accent/arm chair even more interesting to me. Like a beauty mark on the face it adds character. And later I added a little bit more to one of the legs by moving it too close to an end table, so there is a scratch. It is not one that can’t be fixed easily. The cushion and lumbar pillow are in excellent condition and I’ve taken great care of the leather. I don’t sit in the chair often but when I do, I’m quite comfortable reading a novel or having a cup of coffee. The dark leather framed chair is masculine, but it’s also feminine at the same time with a luscious Edwardian curved sturdy frame and brass nailhead finishes. The chair was made in the USA by people who really care about what they do for a living. I hope that you can give this sumptuous chair a beautiful home as I did.
