Antique Wood Side Table, Possible Kitchen Island
or
Product details
Seller's Notes:Purchased from an antique dealer in Lafayette, N.J., in 2011 by my daughter. It was produced by the Elgin A. Simonds Company, Syracuse, N.Y., between 1901 and 1936, when the company ceased operations. It has a rich, brown wood composition and a rustic touch. Original finish with stained accents. It could conceivably be a kitchen island as is, or the top could be replaced with granite or a similar stone.
