Seller's Notes:Antique Clawfoot Serpentine 1920’s Secretary Desk/Bookcase Chippendale Revival in Mahogany Wood with some veneer. Model 806 stamped on back with close similarity to Northwestern Cabinet, Burlington, Iowa manufacture. Brass hardware & 2 working keys, fine dovetail drawer construction with apparent touch-ups for drawer sliding ease in 1994, when we bought this from a Bay Street Antique store. Was told only one owner before us. Lightly used. Fully working, minor scrape on the outer desktop cover on left corner. 2-door bookcase protected by 2 glass window key-controlled panels, with 3 levels. The Secretary desk features pigeon hole filers and 2 hidden compartments aside the upper middle nob-controlled drawer. 2 ball in Claw Front Feet (Rare) and 2 square block back feet.
