Seller's Notes: Bought it 2.5 years ago to replace the owners older sofa. Very comfortable, cleaned with wet vacuum periodically including very recently. It really is in great condition and I hate to lose so much $$$ on it, but I had to get a 100" width sofa for the apartment I'm moving into - this one just doesn't fit! There's VERY light stain on the right seat which is very very hard to notice (the photos are fresh) but want to be transparent. I do believe it could be washed off with additional effort and I believe it appeared when I sat on the sofa when it was still damp after one of the recent wet vacuums.
