Seller's Notes:Large handmade wool and cotton area rug in layered shades of blue, teal and ivory, with a contemporary abstract pattern and beautiful woven texture. Purchased from Kaiyo in 2021, where it was listed as an ABC Carpet & Home rug. The original maker’s label remains attached and identifies the rug as handmade in Pakistan from 80% wool and 20% cotton. It also retains its Care & Fair label supporting education and health care for children in carpet-weaving communities. The rug has been used in our home for approximately four years and is in very good pre-owned condition with no stains. The tonal, irregular design is part of the rug’s pattern and gives it a wonderful depth and almost painterly quality. Dimensions: approximately 10’1” × 8’3” Material: 80% wool, 20% cotton Origin: Handmade in Pakistan Color: Blue / teal / ivory Condition: Very good pre-owned condition; no stains Provenance: Purchased from Kaiyo in 2021 and listed by Kaiyo at the time as ABC Carpet & Home Maker’s composition label and Care & Fair certification label are shown in the photos.
