Seller's Notes:My wife loved this sofa a first sight. We paid $600 at a local upholstery shop in the late 2000’s. It came with the chip on the left front leg but my wife still had to have it. The chipped leg doesn’t affect the stability of the sofa. We do not smoke but we do have a dog. We also have a strict, “No Dogs on the bed or furniture rule” at our house. Going from a family of three to a family of two we are downsizing and moving to a smaller place. We had to choose between the two sofas we have and this one lost out. The sofa we are keeping is better for napping and has been in a better location for TV viewing, so this sofa we are selling has received a lot less sitting time over the years.
