Seller's Notes:This 6 piece modular sofa plus ottoman was purchased at W&J Sloane Furniture in the Galleria area of Houston in 1978. There are 2 corner pieces and 4 interior pieces, each 33” square. The back is 27” high, and the seat cushions sit 16” high. The ottoman is 32” square. The modular set was reupholstered in 2009 in a high grade faux suede fabric, and since then has had little use, spending much of that time in storage. It is in excellent condition with no structural flaws and only one minor but hidden fabric flaw.
